35ml White Tequila

15ml Aperol

20ml Strawberry Shott syrup

15ml Lemon juice

3x 1cm slices of red capsicum (diced)

Garnish: Lemon twist


- Chop up three thin slices of red capsicum and put all of it into the shaker.

- Pour in the Tequila.

- Muddle the capsicum with the Tequila.

- Add Aperol, Strawberry syrup & lemon juice.

- Shake and double strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.

- Garnish with a lemon twist & two short straws.
